UWM Physics professor Patrick Brady was named the spokesperson for the LIGO Scientific Collaboration (LSC). The LSC is an international collaboration with 1300 members from more than 118 institutions across 20 countries. The Spokesperson, who is elected by the LSC Council to a two-year term, leads the Collaboration and represents the LSC to the world.
